A psychology graduate, with a background in teaching, then in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Shona has trained, coached and mentored others for over 30 years, setting up Shona Garner Coaching in 2003.

As a fully accredited coach and Member of the Association for Coaching (MAC), an Associate of The Mind Gym (www.themindgym.com) and a newly appointed Ambassador for the Chartered Management Institute (www.managers.org ) Shona and her associates coach, train and facilitate in organisations across the UK, with a growing presence abroad.

Passionate about the importance of people skills to the success of any business or organisation, we focus mainly on the development of management capability, culture change and talent management.

All associates meet the following criteria:

  • They are fully accredited coaches of a recognised body, such as the Association for Coaching, or the International Coaching Federation.
  • They have attended coach-specific training
  • They are expected to provide evidence of CPD annually.
  • They have a supervisor

In addition, some are NLP Practitioner or Master Practitioner qualified.
