This  3 to 6 month unique coaching programme is available for new or mid-level managers and is designed to combine learning new techniques and tools with really specific, individual coaching. Bespoke coaching – completely targetted to help solve a specific issue where your typical training programme is not the answer.
Sometimes there is a very specific challenge where managers really want an opportunity to step back from the “busy-ness” of their daily itineraryand reflect, in a measured way, on how best to move forward. Having an external facilitator and coach can be invaluable at times like these.
