Motivating made simple!

I came across this video today and could not help but share. It really does not get any more simple than this when it comes to motivating your employees. Love the bit at the start about forgetting the MBA! Those of you who know me, know I value all learning, but I DO believe you don’t have to have an MBA or other fancy qualification to get the best out of your people. Follow some core principles, practise these simple steps – and you’ll have a great team!
